Faux Fur and Layered Chains

Statement of the season has really been layered chain necklaces. What they don't tell you, is that it's super hard to keep them untangles and looking perfect all the time. I recently purchased one that has a thinner chain, and after I tossed it in my purse on my way to the gym, it took my a solid 45 minutes to untangle.

But alas, I'm still going to buy them, because it's like a three in one type deal, and I'm all for that.

So I had a little shopping trip with my favorite girls, and went into a store that I had never been in before and really hit the jackpot with this necklace. (As well as a poncho that will be featured next week) This gold dipped stone with the bar and bead layers caught my eye in the store and after looking through some similar necklaces (the size of the stone differed) this one was the perfect size.

After the shopping trip I sat down an planned out my outfits with these purchases. It was a Wednesday, so I obviously had to wear something pink. This pink sweater is pretty lightweight but also warm enough for fall. I have been slowly adding to my vest collection, and almost forgot about this faux fur one. It has a sweater style back so it's not too much fur and pretty warm.

The vest perfectly complimented and accentuated the necklace. Throw on some black skinny pants and my short casual black boots and you have a nice bougie but fun outfit.
Seriously can't say enough about my obsession with this necklace. The chains are also a little thicker, so after having it in my purse, I pulled it right up and it was only mildly tangled.
